Our circadian advisor, Dr Steven Lockley, features in the article and describes how changes to our physiology that are associated with light exposure at night can mean people experience 'mini jet lag.'
The article looks into how urban light pollution is changing the circadian rhythms of city dwellers who live removed from natural light patterns.
